11/28/2009 Chris and Kristi Millard This was Sabre and Lucy's first stay at Hanna's Bed and Biscuit. They are happy and rested. Kelly, thank you for letting us bring them several weeks prior to our trip. It was helpful to bring them out to see you and walk through the kennel. We will definitely be back!
4/3/2009 kimberli and scott bailey We would never send Cody, Rugger and Skylar anywhere else! We can never thank you enough for saving Codys life several years ago when we were on a ship half way across the world. You knew something was wrong and rushed him to your vet. You kept us updated daily as cody stayed in the hospital after being diagnosed with diabetes and you even visited him each day. when we returned you showed us how to care for cody, give him insulin and check his sugars. we would never have made the transition with out you. now when we go away we always send them to you and dont worry for a second about codys care. I was wondering whether you could take our 4 teenage children so we could really enjoy a vacation with love to the best dog vacation spot kim and scott
3/11/2009 Tammy Tarloski Thank you so much for the care you gave Mel while we were away. I've been meaning to write you, but this is a much better way to show all of your clients what wonderful attention you give to your customers. When I arrived at the hotel in Jamaica, I e-mailed Kelly and she quickly responded giving me an update on how Mel was doing. And on the day we were to pick-up our dog, Kelly made travel arrangements that benefitted both of us on a wintery, snowy day. I have recommended Hanna's B and B to other dog owners and hope they can experience what we did. THANK YOU!

10/10/2007 Patti Giachetti-DiPiero Our two weimaraners, Blaize and Angel have stayed at HBB a few times while we (the family) went on our vacation. I know they have their own vacation, and love it because they come home calm and tired! For at least a day!! Love you guys, You saved my life trying to find an appropriate and safe place to leave our "puppies"!!! see you again soon!!

12/26/2005 Rick Mann Hi, Just an old Sioux City/Air Force buddy of Joe & Karen. They shared your web address in their Christmas card, looks great. We love dogs and cats. Unfortunately after having a shepherd/hound mix for over 16 years, had to have him put down then 2 months ago had to do the same with 'tigger' our lap kitty of 17 years. However we are looking again but you're a little far.

Dred Scott, is a very energetic and loyal Puli who I like to think is extremely attached to me. As a consequence, I am always amazed—and a bit jealous—as he leaves for a week with Kelly and Matt and doesn’t even look back as he exits the house! I guess that’s Dred’s testimonial about Hanna’s Bed and Biscuit.

Although I see Dred every day, it was Kelly and Matt who first recognized Dred’s health problem, mentioned it to me and followed up with a message on my phone. When I took Dred to his vet, it turned out he had a lump requiring surgery. A month later, when I went out of the country for 3 weeks and left Dred with Matt and Kelly, he became really sick. They contacted Dred’s vet, and made sure Dred got the emergency care he needed. They don’t just care for him, I really think they also love Dred. Dred and I may be the biggest fans of HBB. - Joyce Wilkerson

 

 

Hi Kelly:
 
Just a quick note to thank you for the years of kind, loving care that you gave both of my boys, but especially Churchill.  He is greatly missed here by both Windsor and me.  It's funny, I had gotten into the daily routines required by Churchie's diabetes and as I let Windsor out for his morning pee-pee I find myself reaching for the little plastic cup I always used to get Churchie's "sample".
 
Churchie was a beautiful, loving, funny little guy -- I wish that you could have known him before all his illnesses.  I always knew that when he and Wiffy were in your care that I had not a worry and they always seemed to enjoy their stays with you.
 
Again, thank you for your wonderful care.  Wiffy looks forward to more stays in the future.

HBB was highly recommended from a friend so we tried it.  It was fantastic!  The care and love given to our dogs is seen when they come home. They are healthier, tired, calm and happy.  The "Boys" actually look forward to going on their vacation.  Thank you for providing a wonderful, home-away-from-home for our pets while we go on our vacations.
